MESH TOPOLOGY Deploying a mesh infrastructure enables Roofnet to distribute a network for broad and dense coverage. Routing around obstacles, such as hills and large buildings - or routing around links affected by interference. As Our network grows, speed increases, capacity expands, coverage widens, and reliability improves. SkyConnectors can connect to a SkyGateway either directly or via several "hops" using SkyExtenders as intermediaries. The architecture of our equipment optimizes each link within the mesh for the highest possible performance. As the network grows, the length of the links decrease - enabling modulation rates and overall capacity to increase. In addition, with more links on the network, it's more likely that high-capacity links will be available. Our Equipment architecture also selects the optimal route through the mesh, factoring in the capacity of links and the number of hops between a SkyConnector and a SkyGateway. Each SkyExtender continually monitors the possible alternate routes, so data can be rerouted instantly in the event of link failure. MESH TOPOLOGY
